The Rviita Guarantee

At Rviita, we care deeply about the experience you have with our products. We built this company because we wanted to create a better kind of energy drink, and we know every order is a vote of trust in our small team. That means a lot to us.

If you are not satisfied with your first order, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at 587-576-8636 or rviita@rviita.com. We are always happy to review the issue and do our best to make it right. Where appropriate, we may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.

To keep this guarantee fair and sustainable for everyone, it is limited to first-time customers and applies to one case per customer or household, up to a maximum of $50 in product value. Any additional items purchased in the same order are not covered under the guarantee.

Because Rviita is a food and beverage product, and for food safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened product.

This guarantee does not apply to repeat purchases, bulk orders, wholesale orders, or orders where a substantial portion of the product has already been consumed. We also reserve the right to limit or deny claims in cases of suspected abuse, repeated requests, or misuse of the policy.

Shipping Guarantee

We take a lot of pride in delivering a great customer experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

We do our very best to package every order securely and carefully. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or there is a shipping issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 587-576-8636 or rviita@rviita.com and include a photo of the product and packaging where possible.

Our team will review the issue and work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75, excluding PO Boxes.
