Orders, shipping and returns

We ship across Canada and the USA.

We stand behind every pouch with the Rviita Guarantee. If you're a first-time customer and not satisfied with your first case, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund, store credit, or replacement. For food safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or unopened product. Outside of the Rviita Guarantee on your first case, all purchases are final sale. This includes repeat purchases, bulk orders, and wholesale orders

Every order is carefully prepared by a member of our team and is usually fulfilled at our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, with a tracking number sent to you by email. We ship with Purolator or UPS, except for PO boxes, which are sent with Canada Post for an extra fee. From there, orders within Western Canada typically arrive in 2 to 4 business days, and orders to Eastern Canada in 3 to 7 business days.

Our US orders ship from our third-party logistics partner in Montana. Each order is carefully prepared by their team and is typically fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days, with a tracking number sent to you by email. From there, delivery takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on where in the country you live.

Right here at home! Rviita is headquartered, formulated, and manufactured in Calgary, Alberta, in our own state-of-the-art, SQF-certified facility with a low carbon footprint. We distribute across Canada and the USA.

Shipping is free on orders over $75, excluding PO boxes. For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders to PO boxes have an extra fee based on order size.

About Rviita

Rviita is a non-carbonated energy tea made with black or green tea, organic honey, real fruit juice, and Vitamin C, B3 and B12. You get a smoother energy boost with no fizz and no artificial sweeteners, just a refreshing, delicious drink that leaves you feeling alert and revitalized.

What makes Rviita different? Natural, hand-selected ingredients, and a durable, resealable pouch with a low carbon footprint. So you have the energy to focus on what matters most.

RA-VAI-TA. Rviita is short for "revitalize," which means "to imbue with new life and vitality." The two i's in our name symbolize two people standing side by side. Family and community are at the heart of everything we do, and we wanted our name to show it.

We prefer to call it an energized iced tea. Rviita has none of the chemicals, taurine, added sugar, or extreme levels of vitamins found in conventional energy drinks. Our energy comes from natural sources, making Rviita a healthy alternative to energy drinks and coffee.

Whenever you need a clean pick-me-up. Grab one before a workout, after a workout to power through the rest of your day, or in the mid-afternoon when the 2pm crash hits. Many of our customers are replacing their morning coffee with a Rviita too!

Most people love Rviita cold, but it's just as delicious at room temperature or even warmed up. To heat, pour your pouch into your favourite mug, microwave, and enjoy. Royal Elderberry and Speachless Peach are especially delicious served hot!

Sustainability

Yes. Within Canada, in provinces with a deposit program, including Alberta, BC, and Nova Scotia, Rviita can be returned for a $0.10 deposit. In other provinces, Rviita can be recycled through the local stewardship program or in municipal recycling bins, depending on what's accepted. We chose pouches for Rviita primarily for environmental reasons. Flexible pouches use less material and are more carbon efficient than other packaging. A Flexible Packaging Association study found that flexible pouches use 268% less fossil fuel and 1633% less water over their life cycle than a similar-sized glass bottle!

This isn't your kid's juice pouch. We chose flexible pouches for a few reasons. They're better for the planet, taking up 10 times less space than cans and leaving a much lower carbon footprint. They're easy to take on the go and perfect for runs, workouts, golf trips and hikes. And they're resealable, so you can enjoy one pouch over multiple servings.
